A place for you to get to know us, our distinctives, our gifts.

A place for discernment…

Who will accompany me on this journey?

Each person has a body story. It is written in chapters, and some chapters may need to be rewritten. Medical trauma is real. Stepping into bodywork looks like choosing how to receive care. It looks like owning your reproductive options. It looks like root cause medicine, uncovering common themes. It looks like embracing the body season you are in, whatever your decade of life.

Midwifery care is for all seasons of life.

As a midwife, I offer attentive care for the birthing person and their chosen circle to welcome their baby safely into sacred space.

Disrupting Injustice in Birth Space

“I want to hold spaces for birth in both new and old ways, fighting for justice in a system that too often scripts births.”

Joanna Wilder

Silence about abuse is being broken with the resonant sound of courage…As midwives, we have ears finely attuned to the nuance of change in breath or tone that signals the shift into spontaneous pushing. Our ears can also hold both the beauty and pain of stories. Do we have the courage to hear?

It is a journey, this thing called life. A journey woven with stories; yours, mine, and ours. A new story is being told, of a wee life who will need a space to be welcomed, who will welcome you into transformation. Birth, held with reverence, is redemptive.
